17:45 – Gathering In front of Austro Control Tower (Headquarter)
You can leave your luggage at Austro Control and retrieve it next morning
Subway ride together to the City Center: Metro line U3 (orange)
Ride from station U3-Erdberg to station U3-Stephansplatz (6 stations)
Please check your subway ticket beforehand! (One ride vs. 1, 2, 3 or 7 days)
18:15 – Gathering LEFT of St. Stephen's Cathedral main entrance
City Walk through the old city of Vienna (in smaller groups)
20:00 – Dinner (self-payed) in the Vienna City Hall Restaurant (Rathauskeller)

FAQ: Can I bring my partner with me?
YES! Partners are welcome (as the dinner is self-payed and informal)
FAQ: Is it possible to skip the City Walk and just join the dinner?
YES! If you just want to join the dinner, register so and be there at 20:00
FAQ: Dresscode? How will the weather be for the City Walk?
No dresscode (informal event). Weather: appr. 4°C, noticable wind but likely no rain.
